Entrelazando historias
Diversidad de formas, colores e historias de vida, que entrelazan a las mujeres a través de sus experiencias. Maternidad, libertad, aceptación o amor, se contraponen frente a la esclavitud sexual. La sumisión, la obediencia, la culpa, no existe una igual a otra y sin embargo todas se conectan por hilos invisibles a través del tiempo.
La Historia, con mayúscula, la que se encuentra en los libros y de la que se recrean grandes espectáculos, ha silenciado el aporte de las mujeres en este mundo. Sin embargo, ellas siempre han estado ahí en cada acontecer histórico, en cada descubrimiento, en todo conflicto bélico, en los grandes avances de la ciencia y de la tecnología. En cada conquista social, silenciosas, ocultas y solitarias o juntas en las revueltas sociales gritando a viva voz, las mujeres siempre han dado su aporte al avance de la civilización.
Si las historias de mujeres fueran consideradas como dignas de registros, ¿cómo podría esto haber alterado el curso de la historia?
Porque hay una historia que no está en la Historia y que solo se puede rescatar escuchando la voz de las mujeres.
¡El tiempo de las mujeres es ahora! Cuando rompen los votos del silencio al que han sido sometidas, ahora que se redescubren sin tantos ornamentos reconociéndose una en la otra, en esa que camina lado a lado.
Interweaving stories, by Causa Sorora
Diversity of shapes, colors and life stories, which intertwine women through their experiences. Maternity, freedom, acceptance or love, are opposed to sexual slavery. Submission, obedience, guilt, no one is the same as the other and yet they are all connected by invisible threads through time.
History, with a capital letter, the one found in books and from which great shows are recreated, has silenced the contribution of women in this world. However, they have always been there in every historical event, in every discovery, in every warlike conflict, in science and technology’s great advances. In each social conquest, silent, hidden and solitary or together in social revolts screaming out loud, women have always given their contribution to the advancement of civilization.
Women's time is now! When they break the vows of silence to which they have been subjected, now that they are rediscovered without so many ornaments recognizing themselves in each other, in the one that walks side by side.
If women’s stories had been considered worthy of recording, how could this have altered the course of history?
Because there is a story that is not in History and that can only be rescued by listening to the voices of women.
